High Level of Encryption

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of your most important priorities. That’s why we automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and our servers.

When registering or logging in to our site, we verify that your Internet browser is running secure sockets layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.

In Transit

On Ordering

Once we have received your order and payment, we will start to process your order straight away. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

We work on next day delivery so once you have placed an order it will be despatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order is placed. (However we can only guarantee a 1 to 3 day service) Once your order is despatched it is acceptance of your order by us. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for collection.

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours.


Order with confidence

In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will process your refund within 2 working days. This will occasionally happen if we have large demand on one particular item in a short space of time.

Delivery

If you are unavailable when Business Post tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card, then try to deliver again the next working day. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Deliveries will be between 9am-6pm. Earlier or specified times can be arranged but there will be an extra charge, please call our Customer Service team to arrange this.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
 
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Nursery Products Online.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

 

Returns Procedure
 
If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customers’ expense in original condition and original packaging within 7 working days.

We also require a copy of your receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition including packaging.

Guarantee

All of our products are covered by a 6-month guarantee.

Any goods with faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

If a manufacturing fault develops within the guarantee period, where we can we will send out spare parts free of charge.
We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found it will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of charge.

Any faults caused due to misuse or accidental damage will be a chargeable repair along with carriage costs incurred.

This does not affect your statutory right.
