Cancellation PolicyCancellation of order Once you have placed an order at Nursery Products Online you are only able to cancel it, if the order has not been processed. We therefore advise you to contact us immediately once you know that you want to cancel your order. If your order has been processed and you still want to cancel it, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure. In addition, if you are not happy with an item once you have received it, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receipt. A full refund will be given provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Nursery Products Online.co.uk unless the return is as a result of an error on our side. |
